Boss Br-600 mysace file help plz?

hi im having trouble with uploading songs from my BR-600 that are already on my computer(wav file) onto myspace. the max on myspace is 6MB, and my file is 59MB. i tried to compress it but it got to 32MB. are there any good compressor sites so i can get my files under 6MB or am i doing something wrong in the recording process?
