Guitar Pro 4Guitar Pro 4 is a cool little program! I wish I would have had this when I was about fifteen. Since I am a guitar player and a computer geek, I am always trying out different recording and audio software. I stumbled across one that really impressed me. It's called Guitar Pro 4. I like to use keyboards in a lot of my songs, but I'm not a keyboard player. Guitar Pro 4 will convert guitar chords and display for me the chords on the keyboard. Very cool. Guitar Pro 4 is also a tablature program. It will tabs all of your song for you. Not to mention the billions of songs that are already tabbed. Guitar Pro 4 will write scores for you. Guitar Pro 4 also has chord diagrams. This is a great program for composing, accompanying, and working on chord progressions. The other thing that was great about Guitar Pro 4, was that I could pick a key signature and it would tab all of the scales for that note. Awesome feature if you love to learn all kinds of weird scales. I played with it for quite a while before I had to come back to reality. If you are a professional musician or just a guy in the basement, Guitar Pro 4 is definately worth trying out. Guitar Pro 4 is a complete workshop for the new and even the most experienced guitarist (banjo and bass guitar is supported also). Guitar Pro 4 is definately a must in every geek's home recording studio. ![]()
